My friends really enjoy the night in your hotel.
We like the ambiance of the room.all the basic things needed was provided..cleanliness of the room is also good..
It could have been better if the noises are not heard from other room or in the hallway.

Location was great.
Location was great. Just a few steps from Shihlin night market, you certainly won't go hungry. Service was very good especially breakfast :-) Staff were very friendly and very good in English. Actually, now that I've traveled in both China and Taiwan I can understand why Taiwanese would get angry when they are mistaken as Mainlanders. There's a huge difference between Taiwanese and Mainlanders. People from Taiwan are very well mannered and so unlike rude, gross people from China!

Nothing Special
just within the Shilin Night Market area. Easily to get foods and drinks. Walking distance to MRT station (Jiantan) but if you have a big luggage you might need some energy to carry it to enter to hotel lobby as the hotel access is not really luggage friendly.
When i arrived in front of the hotel, i thought i was at the wrong place as i cant find the hotel lobby then i saw a phone in front of the door and i tried to call the number through the phone but no one was answering me. Then i have no choice that i have to used my Malaysia number to call the property then they only open the door for me. I was surprised that the lobby is actually located at the behind of the hotel which it is really secretly hidden.

OVERALL IS SATISFIED
Cleanliness and tidiness
The location quite hard to find, even the taxi driver doesn't know where. (NO SIGNAGE) Everything is in Chinese especially the aircond switch and the toilet bowl, should have in English as well for those who can't read Chinese wordings. The pillows are too soft. The room has no window but we're still okay with it. But overall is satisfied.
